Luisa Vasquez (b. 2002, Medellín, Colombia) is a Colombian artist, currently based in the U.S.
Her work moves between painting, wearable art, and urban intervention, shaped by early influences from Japanese kawaii culture and a lasting fascination with Sanrio.
Since 2021, she has developed a multidisciplinary practice informed by her studies at the University of Antioquia.
Rooted in identity and place, her practice explores femininity, personal narrative, and the tension between softness and strength. Drawing from street culture and feminist perspectives, she creates pieces that exist both intimately and publicly.
